Adopt Ro Ro the American Pit Bull Terrier 🐾

Meeting Ro Ro in person may reveal personality traits that become easier to notice during direct interaction. Some dogs remain highly focused on people throughout the visit while others spend more time exploring the interaction space around them.

At CACC, visitors may spend time walking with her, using toys or treats occasionally, or simply sitting nearby during the interaction depending on the dog's comfort level and energy that day.

Volunteers are usually available to answer questions about fostering, adoption procedures, surgery recovery expectations, and rescue placement support.

Some adopters also use the visit to think practically about exercise schedules, walking routines, veterinary planning, and how much daily activity the dog may realistically need after leaving the shelter.

People living in apartments, condos, or busier neighborhoods may also want to consider noise levels, outdoor access, and available walking areas before bringing a dog home.
