Meet This dog 🐾

Some visitors stop by CACC expecting only to ask questions about This dog and end up spending much longer interacting with them once the visit begins.

Depending on shelter activity and staffing that day, interaction opportunities may happen outdoors in enclosed yards or inside quieter rooms. Some dogs spend the interaction exploring while others remain focused closely on the people nearby.

Visitors may spend time walking with them, relaxing together during direct interaction, or simply observing how they reacts throughout the visit.

People considering adoption sometimes choose to bring spouses, partners, or older children during the visit so everyone involved in the decision has an opportunity to interact with the dog directly.
