Interaction opportunities may happen outdoors in enclosed yards or inside quieter rooms depending on staffing and shelter activity that day. Some visitors spend time walking with her while others focus more on observing energy level, attention, and comfort during direct interaction.

People preparing for adoption may want to think ahead about feeding schedules, sleeping arrangements, transportation home, and whether someone can spend extra time at home during the dog's first several days adjusting to a new environment.
