My Story

Meet Violet, a sweet Beagle/Dachshund mix who is ready to leave her difficult past behind and discover what it means to be loved. Violet came from a hoarding case in Southern Illinois, where she lived in an overcrowded environment and didn’t get the chance to experience the care and attention every dog deserves. Despite everything she has been through, Violet is a resilient little girl with so much love to give. She is looking for a patient, compassionate family who will give her time to adjust, build her confidence, and learn that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. Violet’s journey is just beginning, and she can’t wait to find the forever home where she can finally be cherished, spoiled, and loved for the special girl she is.
