To foster This dog, visitors can speak with volunteers at Chicago Animal Care and Control about which rescue partners may currently be accepting foster applications. Some rescue organizations are able to place temporary holds while applications are reviewed.

Meet and greet interactions may happen outdoors or inside quieter rooms depending on weather conditions and shelter activity that day. Visitors may spend time walking with them, observing behavior during direct interaction, or simply getting to know them better outside the kennel environment.
