Meet Waggy, a happy-go-lucky Border Collie mix boy who made the journey from Arkansas after being found all alone in a Walmart parking lot. Waggy is a very sweet, submissive, and affectionate puppy with a gentle personality and plenty of love to give. This adorable boy is ready to leave his lonely days behind and find a forever family where cuddles, playtime, and companionship are always part of the day. Waggy is sure to bring plenty of sweetness and happiness to a lucky home!
