Some rescue groups move quickly when approved foster homes become available, especially for dogs needing additional space, recovery time, or decompression outside the shelter environment. Foster homes may also receive supplies, veterinary support, and placement guidance through the rescue organization.

Meet and greet interactions may happen outdoors or inside quieter rooms depending on shelter conditions that day. Some visitors spend the interaction walking with him while others focus more on observing how he responds during direct one on one interaction.

For people who are not fully prepared for permanent adoption yet, fostering can provide a meaningful way to help Gorgeous leave the shelter while continuing to learn more about his personality and daily needs.
